She was WONDERFUL!!! We stayed in contact leading up to the day. We discussed meal options and accommodations and she was open to all, offering suggestions and variety. She was flexible with the time as I had to make sure husband was out the house before she arrived and when he was late arriving back! 😀 Her four-course meal was DELICIOUS! Not only was the presentation nice, but the food tasted good!!! I was so full, i forgot to take a picture of dessert, but also Great!!! From the time she arrived, I didn't lift a finger! Chef brought everything with her (decoration for the table, pots, dinner ware, utensils, glasses, and food of course.) My kitchen felt cleaner after she left than before. She washed all the dishes and even swept the floor. I will definitely hire her again! We hosted a cowboy themed party and the food and presentation were amazing. Chili (3 versions to accommodate all dietary restrictions) , candied bacon, collard green dip (unbelievable and definitely a crowd favorite), cowboy caviar and mouth watering cornbread - our guest could not stop raving abut the food. And even better - at the end of the evening - our kitchen was spotless. It was the easiest entertaining for a group of 60 that I have ever done.
